The meeting is structured as follows: announcements, a speaker or topic and show and tell. All are welcome regardless of your skill level. Join in and share ideas and the love of quilting.
Visitors - Visitors are welcome! The first meeting you attend is free. Subsequent visits cost $5 to help cover cost of the space and continuing programs. We hope you will consider joining the guild, it is $30 a year and a great value!
Directions: The community center is off of Pilot Knob Road between Lone Oak Road and Yankee Doodle Road in Eagan. Turn west off of Pilot Knob onto Center Parkway. Follow the Center Parkway to the sign for the Eagan Community Center and turn right. Follow the signs for "all deliveries" which is the second right turn. The road will wind around to the lower level of the parking lot. Enter through the lower level door and look for the sign indicating our meeting room, normally the second door on the left. If you park on the main level and enter from the main entrance, you will take the elevator or stairs down.

One of the most popular items in our quilt show store is the fabric that’s for sale. At the February
meeting, on February 11, we will be doing fabric preparation for the store. If you have fabric you want
to donate to the store, measure it and sort it. Bring it to the February meeting, where we will fold the
fabric and mark it with prices. Non-quilt fabrics will not be accepted.
Patterns and notions may be donated also and can be brought to the February meeting. If you have
books to donate, drop them off at the Dakota County Historical Society during the quilt drop-off days
on Thursday, March 13, or Friday, March 14; please do not bring books to the February meeting. If you
have any questions, contact Trisha Millonig at [email protected] or 612-240-3010.

And ... A Quilt Show Challenge!
We always like to have a quilt challenge during the year that can then be displayed at our yearly quilt
show. This year’s challenge is to make a quilt using a panel. So many fun and interesting
panels are available and there are so many ways to incorporate them into quilts!
The only restriction is size: The quilt can be no larger than 48” wide by 60” long. The deadline is our
March 11, 2025, meeting, where the quilts will be revealed. Then, later that week you can deliver your
quilt to the Dakota County History Museum for entry in the show.
